First Aid at Work Annual Refresher (Half day)

Our half day First Aid at Work refresher training course is created in compliance with the recommendations of the UK HSE whereby it is advisable to have qualified first aiders attend an annual refresher course on first aid. This course would reviews the key responsibilities of the first aider responsibilities and live saving first aid protocols.

An annual refresher helps to keep those skills updated and to reinforce the learning on an annual basis. Learning Outcomes for First Aid at Work Refresher course

Upon successful completion of the First Aid at Work Refresher training course, the participants will have refreshed and updated their knowledge and skills in regards to:

• Assess the situation in an emergency;
• Administer first aid to a casualty who is unconscious (including seizure);
• Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
• Administer first aid to a casualty who is wounded and bleeding;
• Administer first aid to a casualty who is suffering from shock.

Course attendees are provided with aFirst Aid at Work refresher training certificate.
